Rules of Open Talk Mom
Since we're growing everyday, it's time to implement some rules. Yes, I know, it's sad that we can't come and enjoy our little spot without spammers, but that's life on the Internet, right? So here we go:
1. Everyone must upload a profile picture of your face. If you haven't done so, please do so now. I hate to have to ban anyone, but I do have to enforce the rules.
2. Make sure you appropriately answer all the profile questions. No "I'll answer later" or "I'll fill this in at a later date."
3. While we encourage you to talk about your business and can even post links to your own websites and blogs, please, NO advertisements on your pages. I don't want our members to feel like they're bombarded with advertisements everywhere they go.
4. If you want to post advertisements, see our "advertise" page for all the details.
5. If these rules are not carried out, I will give you one week to adhere. If you have not done so in that amount of time, I will send you a warning. If you still refuse to adhere to these rules, then I will have to ban you.
Only 5 rules, not too bad. But, if they're aren't followed properly I will have to take action. We want all our members to feel comfortable here, and not like this is a place full of ads or like we're here to sell something.
Thanks for understanding!
Mary
